Our Body Restore team in London Bridge is led by Elliot Nation, an experienced and highly trained osteopath with a strong commitment to helping patients achieve their health and recovery goals. With expertise in treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, Elliot and the team combine advanced techniques in osteopathy and physiotherapy to provide tailored treatments for each patient.

Stephen

Stephen is a compassionate osteopath who graduated with a Master’s degree from the University College of Osteopathy. Having transitioned from a previous career in hospitality, he brings a unique perspective to his practice, with a special interest in the connection between stress and physical pain.

Stephen is trained in a wide range of osteopathic techniques, allowing him to adapt to each patient’s specific needs. His focus is on helping patients make achievable changes and become independent in managing their pain. With a holistic approach to chronic pain and stress-related conditions, Stephen is dedicated to empowering his patients toward sustainable, long-term health.

Sandy

Sandy studied at the University College of Osteopathy (UCO) and brings a friendly, approachable manner to his clinical practice. With a strong interest in structural osteopathy, Sandy focuses on addressing the body’s biomechanics to help restore movement, function, and overall health.

In addition to hands-on osteopathic techniques, Sandy is trained in dry needling, a useful tool for managing muscular tension and pain. Each treatment is tailored to suit the individual, drawing from a range of approaches to support recovery and long-term wellbeing.

Sandy particularly enjoys building positive relationships with patients, taking the time to listen and communicate clearly to ensure each person feels heard and supported throughout their treatment journey.

Outside the clinic, Sandy enjoys spending time in the countryside and staying active through cycling, badminton, and running—a lifestyle that informs his understanding of physical performance and injury prevention.

Sandy takes a straightforward, practical approach to osteopathic care, tailoring each treatment to the individual’s needs and supporting them in achieving long-term well-being.

Nick

Nick is an osteopath with a passion for helping people overcome pain, recover from injuries, and move with confidence. He holds a Master’s degree in Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy and takes a patient-centred approach, combining hands-on treatment with rehabilitation and tailored advice to achieve lasting results.

He works with a wide variety of patients, from athletes aiming to optimise performance to individuals managing everyday pain, mobility challenges or the physical effects of stress. Nick integrates osteopathic techniques with advanced massage methods, medical acupuncture, cupping, and exercise-based rehabilitation to support both immediate recovery and long-term well-being. He has a particular interest in biomechanics and how movement patterns contribute to both injury and recovery.

Outside of the clinic, Nick enjoys running and staying active, drawing on his own fitness background to better understand the demands his patients face, and is bilingual in English and Italian, which helps him connect with patients from different backgrounds.

Mia

Mia is a structural osteopath with a background in professional dance, which inspired her passion for movement, rehabilitation, and helping others recover from injury. Her own experience with sports-related injuries led her to osteopathy, where she supports patients in understanding their bodies and moving with confidence.

Mia has a particular interest in hypermobility and enjoys working with individuals to manage the many challenges that come with it. Her approach is tailored and thoughtful, with a focus on biomechanics and patient education.

She also has specialist experience in women’s health, having worked in a dedicated Women’s Health and Expectant Mothers clinic. This has given her valuable insight into the changing needs of women through all stages of life.

Mia is additionally qualified in Sports Massage Therapy and the Graston Technique, which she integrates into her treatments for a more comprehensive, hands-on approach.

She is fully insured and registered with the General Osteopathic Council.
